I'm all over anything involving a cream sauce. You know, I find that Argentines in general write really vague recipes. So many people here cook using the pinch-of-this-dash-of-that method that it's often hard to find a recipe that gives precise measurements, instructions, temperatures, etc. Perfectionists beware! ;) This dish sounds amazing!
