		<description>I paired this with venison, and it was amazing.  Decided to toss a few tablespoons in a cold pasta salad instead of traditional Italian pesto, and my guests went nuts for it.  Thanks for the recipe.  My garden is loaded with parsley and oregano and now they have real purpose together all the time.</description>

		<description>So I purchased Quebracho lump charcoal from B&amp;B Charcoal.  It is a large 44llb. bag, and for good reason, they don&#039;t sell it often because everybody here in the States want oak, hickory,etc. Quebracho itself is very aromatic, and has a unique smell that North American hardwoods don&#039;t have. Some of the charcoals are bigger than a man&#039;s fist, so you&#039;ll have plenty to work with. I am happy with this type of wood.</description>
