Actually I have had a dickens of time with my e-mail. Our old e-mail DNS administrators had our DNS parked in servers that belonged to Telefonica. For some unknown and unexplained reason they just simply stopped working. It was like we did not exist in e-mail world. They kept telling us that tomorrow they would work and so on. I eventually said it was a good time to find a new server for everything and maybe I should look in the USA for one.

Now we have our website parked in an American server and our e-mails go through that server as well. We have cut down on the number of Spam e-mails received so I am very happy (now). But the best part is that our e-mails are working now.

I can´t begin to tell you just how pissed off I was during this whole process. Even more so because of stuff like this, like not getting your e-mail for example.

And just to make life even more interesting I went ahead and the changed the URL to my website to try and erase a little mistake I had made in the spelling of the original URL. The old one spelled out species instead of Spices in Spanish. So one more thing to change. If you want to update any links you have to blog (or blog posts) you would need to use the new URL:

Actually I just received a notice today saying that my mail to you bounced. I CC’d you on a reply to Alan a couple days ago. Weird that I got it this late.

It was a sugarandspice.com.ar address. Should I send all future mail to your gmail.com one?

Sucks we didn’t meet up but hopefully I’ll get up there early next year to spend more time around the city.

By the way, I changed the URL to my blog because the old one spelled out Species instead of Spices in Spanish.
