I've heard excellent comments about a wine shop called "La Casa del Malbec", in Montevideo 471, Mendoza.
Somebody local, please visit them, and give us a report!
See Agustin Jacky, the owner.

Thanks for the beer suggestion Rebecca, I might have to do a separate post on all of the craft brews. Finding out there are so many!

I was going to recommend the same placeas as Liz! Ha! Glad artisan food is on the rise--I would also add Jerome Beer, in Potrerillos.

Glad you still have access to your cookie fix! By the way, I just got this link in the mail today. I just perused the cheese segment.

Hi Asado,

I feel honored to have made the list. Thank you!

I do have to share one little bit of bad news. La Anonima has temporarily stopped buying our products. For the people in the southern interior of the country that means that it will be a bit tougher to find our products.
