I grilled them raw once just to see how they would turn out. Figured they would dry out easily so I sprayed water all around ever so often. Turned out ok but the good parts lost a lot of mass and were still a bit hard. Tasty but not worth the effort.

I had grilled artichokes in the south of Italy but never in Argentina. I always wonder if they were boil first or not. I guess now I know. Thank you.
