		<description>bbq squid is awesome but I usually cheat with a plancha :) I will have to try this though.

There was one restaurant here that closed a while back that served a stuffed squid that was cooked over hot coals. Smoky and delicious.</description>

		<description>have you tried bbq squid? it&#039;s so ****ing great! we found a great tip on a .nz site suggesting to marinate the squid in kiwi for a few hours (papaya and pinneaple works as well) to make it tender.
then you grill it over very hot charcoal. we usually eat it with a soy/sesame oil/garlic sauce.

also, soy + lime.
