hello , i am looking for a good recipe to make sausage at home.. not this one the regular one that looks like a brat, or an itialian sausage.. but with the great taste,... i have made about 15 pounds of this a few times, but cant get the recipe down.
i do have the aji modelo (red pepper) from argentina, just need to know what other spices and how much goes into about 15-20 lbs.. 1/2 beef and half pork./.. how much FAT.. i do know that fat is important like a glass of wine is to making this stuff..
what other spices ???
please email me at rtrout9496@aol.com
Thank you
